QuickTime VR® is Apple's new and exciting technology for
creating interactive virtual environments, without expensive high-powered
workstations or arcane and cumbersome gloves and goggles.
To explore these QTVR files, you will need Apple's QuickTime VR Player,
which is freely available for both MacOS and Microsoft Windows from Apple's
QTVR Web Site. Once you've
gotten the Player, configure your Web browser's helper applications so
that the QTVR Player is the application with which to view QuickTime
movies. The QTVR Player will play normal QuickTime movies as well as
navigable ones.
